Vernon brings COVID-19 vaccine directly to homebound residents in mobile home park in continued effort to target hard to reach communities

From mosques, Spanish speaking churches, and now a community comprised of 55 and older residents, the Town of Vernon and its nationally recognized Community Vaccination Program are making an effort to target hard to reach communities for the COVID-19 vaccine.
