Hartford police arrest ex-officer recently deemed unfit for duty; Zachary Freeto charged with felony computer crime

An ex-Hartford police officer recently found unfit for duty and removed from the force was arrested Monday on a felony computer crime charge, according to the Hartford Police Department.
