Spring storm drops up over six inches of snow in parts of Connecticut, but warmer weather is on the way

Much of the state was expected to see less than an inch of total snow, but enough in some places for a small amount to stick to the roads and perhaps as much as 2 to 5 inches of accumulation in the highest elevations across the northern edge of the state, according to the National Weather Service.
