Several state agencies, including multiple police departments, experiencing issues with incoming calls

The Farmington, Stamford and Fairfield police departments were some of those affected. The state Department of Public Health said it was also experiencing a phone outage that was “impacting other state agencies and businesses in Connecticut.”
