Watertown first responders get counseling after 4-year-old’s death in tractor accident; Ellie Kuslis’ family says she ‘was a gift to all who knew her’

First responders who were unable to save the life of a 4-year-old girl who was trapped under farm equipment in Watertown over the weekend have undergone counseling, town officials said.
