Dual rallies — against racial hate and for parents’ rights and more conservative government — set for Saturday at Connecticut Capitol

Rallies organized by coalitions with different causes but united nevertheless, according to representatives, in support of each other’s First Amendment rights are set for Saturday at the state Capitol in Hartford.
