Orphaned bear cubs captured in Newtown, headed to wildlife rehab center

Two bear cubs that were orphaned after an off-duty police officer shot and killed their mother in Newtown were captured and will be sent to a wildlife rehabilitator, the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection announced.
