East Hartford police sergeant pressured construction supervisor to inflate billable hours, arrest warrant says

A police sergeant abused his authority when he told road work supervisors that billable hours tacked onto a private duty job were a penalty for not booking an officer at the beginning of the work, an arrest warrant released Friday says.
