Police: Navy technician confessed to brutally killing wife, setting fire to New London home to kill baby

A 23-year-old Navy technician is charged with murder and arson after he reportedly confessed to killing his wife with a hammer and setting fires throughout their home in an attempt to kill their 13-month-old son late Wednesday night.
