Three Waterbury schools under shelter-in-place protocols after social media threat

Enlightenment School, Reed Elementary School and Crosby High School in Waterbury had shelter-in-place orders on Tuesday after reported social media threats were made involving the schools, according to the Waterbury Police Department.
